A Comprehensive Study on Chinese Medicine and Active Compounds for the Treatment of Kidney Diseases

Project Summary:
Chinese medicine (CM) has been used for treating kidney diseases for a long history. Numerous clinical and basic studies have been conducted in this field. The project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in treating kidney diseases through evidence-based approaches using clinical studies, while also gathering relevant CM compounds from the published studies. The effectiveness of the candidate compounds will be assessed through in vitro studies.
